"People owe us, and we're always chasing."
You made the sale. You delivered. Now getting the money has become a second job: sending reminders by hand, checking bank alerts, asking "have you paid?" and updating a spreadsheet nobody trusts. We build the system that does the chasing for you.

Selling is the easy part. Collecting is the job.
- You remind customers one by one on WhatsApp
- Someone has to check bank alerts to confirm each payment
- Part payments and balances live in a notebook or a spreadsheet
- You only find out a balance is overdue when you need the money
- Chasing feels awkward, so it gets delayed
Late payment is a system problem, not a customer problem.
From "invoice sent" to "money in the bank", on autopilot.
We connect the tools you already use, like Paystack, your bank alerts, WhatsApp, email and your spreadsheet or accounting tool, into one collections flow.
Bill
Invoices or fee notices go out automatically, with a payment link, the moment a sale or a term starts.
Remind
Polite, well timed reminders go out on WhatsApp and email before and after the due date. You set the tone once.
Confirm
Payments are matched to the right customer automatically. Receipts go out. Balances update. Nobody checks alerts by hand.
Escalate
Overdue accounts are flagged to the right person with the full history, so the hard conversations happen early.
Know exactly who owes what, any time.
A simple view of expected money, collected money and what is overdue, so you can plan with real numbers instead of guesses.
- Outstanding balances by customer, updated automatically
- Part payments and instalments tracked properly
- A morning summary on WhatsApp or Telegram
- Works for schools, clinics, training businesses, agencies and distributors
Before you book
Which payment tools do you work with?
Paystack, bank transfer alerts, Squad and most tools that send a notification or have an API. If money arrives by transfer, we can still match it to the right customer.
Will my customers find the reminders annoying?
You approve the wording and the timing. Most customers prefer a clear, polite reminder with a payment link to an awkward phone call. Reminders stop the moment they pay.
We collect fees in instalments. Can it handle that?
Yes. Schools, training programmes and service businesses often collect in stages. The system tracks each instalment, reminds before each one and shows the running balance.
Do I have to change my accounting software?
No. We connect to what you use, or keep a clean record in a spreadsheet your accountant can use.
