Damilare's work sits where business operations meet technology. Before building systems for clients, he led day to day operations at an education foundation in Nigeria, coordinating students, tutors, onboarding and reporting. He digitised that operation from the inside and cut onboarding time by about 80 percent.
Since founding NexSupport in 2023, he has built systems for manufacturing, private equity, education, HR, customer support and sales teams, in Nigeria and the United States. He also builds and runs NexSupport's own products.
Those projects taught him one thing above all: technology should serve the operation, not the other way around.
He documents much of what he builds publicly on YouTube and LinkedIn, sharing practical lessons on AI in business and the reality of transforming how organisations work.
