Usually not at first. We start with the tools you already use, such as WhatsApp, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and your payment platform, and connect them. We only suggest new software when it clearly pays for itself.
My team is not very technical. Will this work?
Yes. We design around how your team already works. Most people interact with the system through WhatsApp, email or a simple form. We train your team and write everything down.
How long does it take?
A focused first piece, like a product page with ordering and payment, usually goes live in two to four weeks. Bigger changes are done in stages so you see results early instead of waiting months.
